Make-up classes are offered to students who have missed a class due to a holiday or class cancellation due to inclement weather or instructor absence. In most cases, SKIES fees have already been adjusted to accommodate for holidays.

Due to class size, CYS Services adult-child ratio requirements, and scheduling issues, we are unable to make-up regularly scheduled classes missed by students due to illness, appointments, travel, or other family scheduling conflicts. A request for exception to policy may be submitted to the SKIES Program Manager if there are extenuating circumstances, e.g. PCS moves, family emergencies or serious injury/illness.

If scheduling permits, private music lessons and gymnastics classes may be made-up, provided at least 24-hours notice has been given to the instructor.
