Army Emergency Relief (AER):

AER provides financial assistance to military, family members, widows, and orphans in times of valid emergency needs.
Can provide assistance on:
• Food, rent or utilities
• Emergency transportation and vehicle repair
• Funeral expenses
• Medical/Dental expenses
• Personal needs when pay is delayed or stolen
• Give undergraduate-level education scholarships based primarily on financial need to children and soldiers

AER provides aid through interest-free loans, grants or a combination of both loans and grants.
