CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINING
Register in the administrative area, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our staff will provide a workout program orientation designed to improve your fitness level through cardiovascular exercise and weight training. Call for details.
MARTIAL ARTS classes are available, including Jujitsu, Judo and mixed martial arts for children and adults.

Federal Holidays: Open 0800-1800. Closed Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day.
GRUBER FITNESS CENTER is equipped for handball,
racquetball, basketball and volleyball. A co-ed sauna, along with a massage
therapist, Yoga and personal trainer are also available.
GRUBER STORAGE LOCKERS - Permanent storage lockers for patrons to store a bike or their gear while working out.
Large units rent for $21 monthly and small units are $11. The rentals are for 6 months or a year and will require payment
at time of rental.
GRUBER FITNESS CENTER AGE POLICY:
Children 15 and older are admitted without guardian.
Children 10-14 are allowed to use the fitness facility within arm reach of
their guardian. Children of this age are allowed during family time, school closings and parent teacher conferences.
Children that are of the ages 9 and younger are only allowed in the basketball court and east side of facility for court play or participation of youth
sports programs.
